Founded in 2012 by Michael Imbimbo, 9MUSE is a dynamic, boutique talent agency based in New York City.

9MUSE's philosophy embraces the changing flow of artist representation and the increased importance of artists having a strong online presence. We believe in nurturing growing talent as well as providing a new outlook for more established stars.

We seek to have a clear, open line of communication between artist and agent and represent a wide range of talent in theater, television and film.

Recently, 9MUSE clients have appeared on and off Broadway in Doctor Zhivago, School of Rock, Phantom of the Opera, Book of Mormon, Avenue Q, Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, Heathers the Musical, Bedbugs!!!, Clinton the Musical, and The 39 Steps; in national tours of Newsies, I Love Lucy Live, Annie, and Anything Goes; and in regional houses across the country including the world premiere of Bright Star at The Old Globe. Clients have also appeared in various TV and Film projects including Hostages, Difficult People, The Black Box, The Following, Lifetime, and pilots for Comedy Central, ABC and CBS.

Michael Imbimbo began his career in artist management at IMG Artists. Michael graduated from St. Thomas Choir School, Choate Rosemary Hall, St. Stephens in Rome, McGill University and pursued graduate studies at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Michael has degrees in Vocal Performance, Italian, and Music Technology.
