L&L Talent Agency is a boutique talent agency. Family owned and operated, we focus on the client-agent relationship and career building. Agents are ex-actors that wanted to create an actor's agency. We are always looking for new talent; however, we keep a very small client base in order to personally know our actors.
The word "agent" often evokes fear in actors; they feel that they are judged or that someone is taking advantage of them. We strive to be upfront with our actors, letting them know that we are on their side and that we know the frustrations of the industry. This is not an easy business and is not for the weak! Our actors are considered our family, we encourage them to grow and enjoy every minute of this roller coaster to fame. We are patient with the process of building new careers.
