Jennifer Ajemian Casting (JAC) embraces and fosters creative storytelling for the American and International markets. Their relationships with east and west coast agents and managers, enable them to cast from both the New York and Los Angeles talent pools. Most importantly, they help their clients realize their creative vision by offering unique casting solutions for each project.

Jennifer Peralta-Ajemian was a professionally trained ballet dancer for thirteen years, coached by legendary Maggie Black. While majoring in Dance at Marymount Manhattan College, she decided to explore the business side of entertainment. She then interned at Henderson/Hogan Talent Agency and CESD (formerly CED). Her passion for the creative process and to work alongside directors and producers, led her to casting. From 2005-2010, she assisted at various offices including Avy Kaufman Casting, Liz Lewis Casting, Telsey + Company, and Cindy Tolan Casting. From 2011-2013, she collaborated with Robin Carus under the banner of J&R creative, which cast 45+ film, commercial, theatrical, and voiceover projects. She decided to go independent, JAC opened its doors in January of 2014.
