The Hart Agency is a full-service, owner-operated, boutique marketing agency. Hart Agency was founded in 1991 by Keith Robert Hart. Mr. Hart's wide network of night-life contacts across the entirety of New York State, the New York City metro, upstate and Long Island has paved the way for the Hart Agency to be the juggernaut it is today. Hart got a strong start in the top 20-30 on-premise accounts in NYC promoting Newport and Kent cigarettes.
