Jennifer Venditti started her New York City based casting agency, JV8INC, in 1998 with an objective to expand the boundaries of beauty through diversity in casting. Traveling all over the world, casting actors and models in conjunction with “Street scouting” real people for advertising, fashion, and film, she discovers an inspired repertoire of diverse talent otherwise ignored by traditional casting methods. Casting for renowned photographers, fashion designers, and directors, she developed a unique strength that is two-fold: she has a highly refined aesthetic sense coupled with a deep respect for the magic in so-called ordinary people.
