Notable Off-Broadway credits include tick, tick...BOOM!, Altar Boyz,, The Great American Trailer Park Musical, Modern Orthodox directed by James Lapine, Wonder of the World with Sarah Jessica Parker and The Santaland Diaries at Philadelphia's City Theatre. He has worked on numerous plays including works by Tony Kushner, Sam Shephard, Jon Robin Baitz, David Lindsay-Abaire, John Patrick Shanley, Terrence McNally and A. R. Gurney. David is an adjunct professor at Syracuse University and a member of the Casting Society of America.
