The Show Business bug bit her early and she spent the greater part of her life in the business. Ms. Gold began teaching drama at various sleep away summer camps, then headed the drama department of the Queens-NYC-WYHA, a two year stint as an actress with appearances on "All my Children," "The Doctors," "One Life to Live," "As the World Turns," "Ryan's Hope" and "Search for Tomorrow."
She shocked the entire industry in 1998 and became the only franchized bonded and licensed Theatrical Agency on Long Island, NY, representing actors of all ages.
Aggie is responsible for establishing the careers for such celebrities as Alec Mapa, (Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives,) Tatyana M. Ali (Fresh Prince of Bel Air,) Joanna Garcia, (Are you Afraid of the Dark,)Jackie Tohn (Dawg,) andAndrea Ross.
She assisted President George HW Bush during Desert Storm by organizing the children of the entertainment industry to donate some of their earnings to aid the families of the Desert Storm service men. Aggie again assisted President Bill Clinton with his "War on Drugs" with the aid of "Children to Children," a non-profit organization she founded. Gold's dedication , continuing concern and sincere interest she takes in each and everyone of her clients, has established Fresh Faces Agency, INc., as one of New York's top theatrical agencies and has become the most innovative and influential agent in the country.
Aggie also authored the book "Fresh Faces, Getting your Child into Commercials, Television and the Movies." This book became known as the "bible" of the child talent industry. Aggie has appeared on numerous television talk shows, including: Oprah, Donahue, Regis, Maury, The Today Show, Good Morning American and many others. She has also been featured in many major newspapers on both coasts.
